How can I be sure that my order has been received?
After you submit your order through our Web site, you will immediately
receive an order confirmation number. You can then click on the
order confirmation number to view your entire order. You may also
check the status of your order on our Web site. (Note: Please
allow 24 hours for your order to first show up on our Web site
tracking system.)

How can I be sure that my credit card information is secure when
placing an order? School Box Express is a secure credit
card site, which uses advanced encryption technology. This assures
you of a secure ordering process. For more information, click

the left-hand side of this page.

Why is my shopping cart empty even after I ordered items from
your Web site?
One reason may be the issue of "cookies." Our Web site
is designed to recognize cookies on a computer, and if you have
disabled the cookies function from your Internet browser, items
cannot be added to your shopping cart. To enable the cookies function
on your browser, follow the directions below for the type of Internet
browser you use.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x: 1. From "View" select
"Internet Options". 2. Click on the "Advanced"
tab. 3. Scroll down to the Security/Cookies area and make sure
that one of the following two items are selected: *Prompt before
accepting cookies* Always accept cookies. 4. Click OK.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x: In IE 3.x you should always
receive a warning for accepting cookies. To disable the warning
and accept cookies automatically: 1. From "View" select
"Options". 2. Click on the "Advanced" tab
3. Make sure the following item is not selected. *Warn before
accepting cookies 4. Click OK.
Netscape Navigator 4.x: 1.From "Edit" select "Preferences".
2. Click on the word "Advanced" on the left. 3. Make
sure that one of the following two items are selected:* Accept
all cookies* Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating
server. 4. To disable the cookies warning, make sure the following
item is not selected: Warn me before accepting a cookie. 5.
Click OK.
Netscape Navigator 3.x: In Navigator 3.x you should always receive
a warning for accepting cookies. To disable the warning and
accept cookies automatically: 1. From "Options" select
"Network Preferences". 2. Click on the "Protocols"
tab. 3. Make sure the following item is not selected: (Show
an Alert Before)* Accepting a Cookie. 4. Click OK.

Do you only sell supplies in packages?
No. Deluxe and Basic packs are the easiest way to order, but we
know not every party has exactly eight guests. You can also order
a wide variety of additional items that match each theme, as well
as order additional guest place settings. This lets you purchase
the exact number of place settings you will need for your party.

Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?
Yes. We ship to most countries around the world. Shipping rates
and shipping times vary depending on the country. For more information,
please click the "Shipping Information" link located
at the bottom of this page.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We ship to U.S. military addresses worldwide via Priority
Mail. Please allow 10 business days for delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time for orders shipped via Standard delivery
is within ten business days in the contiguous United States. However,
express shipping options are also available. For more information,

at the bottom of this page for information on pricing and delivery
schedules.

Will my name and address be shared with other companies or third
parties?
If you request our catalog online you will receive periodic mailings
from us with information on new products and services. If you
do not wish to receive future mailings from us, please select
the "Click Here to Unsubscribe" link below, follow the
steps and we will remove you from our mailing list.
Visitors to our Web site who have requested a catalog but who
have not yet placed an order with us will not have their names
or addresses shared with any third parties. However, if you
have placed an order with us, you may receive mailings from
other reputable companies whose products we think you might
find interesting. We do not share party dates and other personal
information.
